Immigration Services Pricing in Poland

Our transparent pricing policy allows you to clearly understand the cost of professional immigration legal services in Poland. Below you will find detailed information about our fees for residence permits and related immigration services. Consulation fee is included in the case fee and must be paid.

All prices are listed in PLN (Polish zloty) and are gross amounts, including 23% VAT.

Our legal fees do not include administrative fees charged by public authorities (such as residence permit application fees, power of attorney fees), court fees, or translation costs. Certain services may include these additional costs (for example SIS checks or criminal record certificates).

Flexible Payment Options

To make our immigration services more accessible, we offer the possibility of payment in instalments (3–5 instalments).

The first instalment is payable upon signing the service agreement. We issue a physical invoice, receipt, or company invoice.

Scope of Our Immigration Legal Services
