Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Online Legal Advice
§1. General Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions for the provision of online legal advice services via the website.
2. Services are provided by Anna Trylińska Immigration Lawyer Poland, with its registered office at Fryderyka Chopina 7/68, 00-559 Warsaw, NIP: 8961429777, REGON: 387605186.
3. Completing and submitting the contact form or sending an email for advice constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, consent to the processing of personal data, and acceptance of the website's Privacy and Cookie Policy.
4. By using the services, the User accepts the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
§2. Definitions
1. Service Provider – Anna Trylińska Immigration Lawyer Poland, providing online legal advice services.
2. User – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality using the services.
3. Legal Advice – information or legal advice provided to the User based on the facts provided by the User.
4. Contact Form – a tool available on the website enabling the submission of a request for legal advice.
5. Online Calendar – a tool available on the website enabling the scheduling of a legal consultation.
§3. Scope of Services
1. The Service Provider provides legal advisory services in the field of Polish immigration law.
2. Services are provided in the form of online legal advice (video call or telephone conversation).
3. Services do not include representation before courts or administrative bodies.
§4. Service Provision Procedure
1. The User schedules an online consultation using the calendar available on the website, selecting a date for the legal advice.
2. The Service Provider declares that the contact details provided in the form are accurate.
3. After the User accepts the terms and conditions and makes payment, the Service Provider begins providing the service.
4. Legal advice is provided electronically.
5. Upon mutual agreement, a telephone conversation may be held.
6. The Service Provider is not responsible for the provision of false or incomplete information, in particular regarding the usefulness, accuracy, and detail of the legal advice.
7. The advice provided is for informational purposes only, as there is no direct contact with the Client and no comprehensive access to documentation.
§5. Fees and Payments

2. Payment is made via the payment link sent by the service provider or via bank transfer.
3. The User pays for the service, which is legal advice.
4. Depending on the available option, the legal advice lasts a maximum of 60 minutes or 120 minutes.
5. If the User decides to terminate the legal advice earlier, they are not entitled to a partial settlement.
6. If the User cancels the advice within 24 hours, the payment will not be refunded.
7. If the service provider cancels the consultation, the user may receive a full refund of the fee or agree to a different online consultation date.
8. The User is obligated to pay the fee before the service begins.
§6. Liability
1. The Service Provider provides services with due diligence, based on the facts provided by the user.
2. The Service Provider is not liable for the consequences resulting from incomplete, false, or outdated information provided by the user.
3. The Service Provider providing online consultation is not liable for the usefulness of the consultation, but only for its accuracy and compliance with the law.
4. The Service Provider is not liable for the unreliability of online advising caused by the provision of incorrect information by the client or incomplete information regarding the case.
§7. Complaints
1. The User has the right to file a complaint within 5 calendar days of receiving the legal advice. 2. A complaint may only be considered if there are objective grounds for believing that:
1) errors in legal analysis resulting from gross negligence;
2) improper application of legal provisions;
3) failure to consider material facts provided by the User.
3. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the email address office@t-immigration.com.
4. The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 business days of its receipt.
5. A complaint will not be considered if:
1) Legal advice was provided in accordance with applicable law, and the User is dissatisfied with the advice obtained.
2) The User failed to provide complete or truthful information, which could have affected the quality or accuracy of the advice.
3) The User expected a different outcome despite proper legal analysis.
4) Changes in legal regulations after the advice was provided have affected its validity.
6. Online legal advice services provided by the Service Provider are advisory in nature and are based on legal knowledge and an analysis of the factual circumstances provided by the User.
7. Legal advice constitutes an interpretation of the law in force at a given time and is based on the lawyer's experience and knowledge.
8. The Service Provider does not guarantee that a specific legal result will be achieved based on the advice provided.
9. Decisions made by the User based on legal advice are made at their own risk.
10. User dissatisfaction resulting from a subjective belief that the advice was unhelpful or did not meet expectations does not constitute grounds for filing a complaint.
11. Differences in the interpretation of legal regulations, especially in disputes, do not constitute grounds for declaring the advice defective.
§8. Personal Data Protection
1. The Service Provider processes Users' personal data in accordance with the law.
2. Personal data is used solely for the purpose of providing services and is not shared with third parties.
3. In order for the Service Provider to provide online advice, the User is required to provide their name, email address, and telephone number. Providing this data is necessary for the proper performance of the Service.
4. By submitting an inquiry, the User consents to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider for the purpose of providing the Service.
§9. Final Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on August 15, 2025.
2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, providing Users with 14 days' notice.
3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
4. The Service Provider is not liable for the services provided or for the consequences of decisions made by the User based on the advice received, if these decisions were based on incomplete or false information provided by the User or on incorrect documentation. 5. The lawyer providing online advice is not responsible for the usefulness of the advice, but only for its accuracy and compliance with the law. 6. Legal advice is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of a specific outcome in court or administrative proceedings.
